Mangroves and people: Impacts and interactions

Mangroves have long been associated with human populations, as coastal communities rely on the various ecosystem services that mangroves provide. However, degradation and destruction of mangrove forests is common, despite because our reliance them valuable ecosystems. Mangrove research management must elucidate reconcile these conflicts to maintain humans depend on. To better understand complex dynamics, interactions relationships exist between communities, 5th Macrobenthos Management (MMM5) conference was held in Singapore July 2019, theme “Mangroves People: Impacts Interactions”.
